Biography Of Owners Tony Enz and Don "Monk" Hage

Tony Enz, the founder of Sonoma Hammer created the "New" Sonoma Hammer in January of 2004 in which a partnership was formed and a corporation was created.

Tony, with a long history in equipment rentals and sales, has had great success in this field. He decided to expand the operation to accommodate the ever increasing demand on product availability and to better utilize his expertise in finding the right equipment at the best price. This expansion, coupled with a commitment to the fastest delivery possible for his clients form the foundation of the New Sonoma Hammer.

Seeing the need for expansion of his very successful business and desiring to expand his product line, Tony secured his dealer license for new and used vehicles of all types, and acquired several distributorships from top named, quality companies. These distributors will be represented and vehicles will be available for sale at Sonoma Hammer's new location at 4275 Santa Rosa Ave, Santa Rosa, CA.

While taking on this new and exciting challenge Tony decided to take on a partner, life-long friend Don Hage. Tony and Don have worked together before and always shared the same basic work ethic. That ethic is to be honest, hard working and to put customer satisfaction first at all costs, no exceptions.

Tony's new partner, Don, worked for 37 years at a large corporation, many of those years in management. After leaving that company he went into construction. Don has worked for several years with many building contractors acquiring a good knowledge of tools and new home constructions and remodeling.

Tony and Don were raised in the Sonoma Valley back in the 40's and 50's when hunting and fishing were a part of life and survival. Times were hard in those days, but they both agree they were raised in the best times ever. "We were taught to respect the land and appreciate what we took from it." They also reflect on times when hard work, honesty and respect for others was a way of life.

Both Tony and Don are very much looking forward to the challenge ahead and to fulfill their desire to achieve customer satisfaction at the highest possible level.
